Welcome to Mealo! Before you begin using our services, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions for a smooth and seamless experience.
Delivery:
- Meals are delivered daily between 8 AM and 5 PM.
- Delivery address or time changes can be made with a 1-day advance notice before 6 PM.
- Deliveries are not available on Sundays.
- The delivery team will deliver to the address provided in your order.
Subscription:
- Active clients receive a free consultation and regular follow-ups as long as they are subscribed to Mealo.
- Each member can choose to purchase 1 cooler bag or will receive the meals in a recyclable paper bag.
- Each member will return the cooler bag daily in order to get filled one with their chosen meal program.
- Modifications or cancellations to the menu are allowed with a 2-day advance notice.
- You can pause your subscription up to 1 time per month for a maximum of 1 week.
- Notify Mealo of any food intolerances or allergies before subscribing.
- To keep your meals fresh, we recommend refrigerating them immediately upon receipt of your cooler bag.
- To avoid delivery interruptions, please renew your subscription at least 1 working days before the current package expires.
- Make your menu selection for the upcoming week by 2 PM on Thursdays. If we don't receive your selection by this time, your subscription will be frozen for the upcoming week. We will try to accommodate late changes, but they may not always be possible. Please adhere to the deadline for a smooth experience.
Payment:
- Prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges. (delivery will be calculated based on the client location).
- Orders are non-refundable. Any cancellations or freezes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Payments made through our app are securely processed via encrypted connections with our payment providers.
- Cardholders should keep a copy of transaction records for their reference.
